For years, I struggled with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism and a deep feeling that somehow I wasn't enough.
It kept me playing small, holding myself back and feeling disconnected from the woman I knew I was capable of becoming.
Through years of healing, personal growth and deep inner work, I began to understand what was really keeping me stuck — and slowly, I found my way back to myself.
Now I guide women through their own journeys of healing and transformation. I guide them uncover the visible and invisible blocks that may be holding them back, reconnect with their worth and remember who they truly are.
